One Stop Procurement Solution
Being an independent distributor, we are not restricted to the types of components or brands reducing the number of vendors usually required. We have access to a broad range of electronic components.
Obsolete/Discontinued products
We have access to a worldwide database not just for current manufactured components, but also obsolete/discontinued components minimizing production stoppage and redesigning of boards.
Bill of Material Quoting (BOM's)
No restrictions on types of components or brands enables us to quote majority if not 100% of components on a BOM. (Potential problems: eg. PCB's, custom made components, pre-programmed components or restricted parts due to manufacturers export restrictions may not be possible after all reasonable efforts employed).
Kitting
Kitting saves time and money by minimizing the number of vendors customers would have to purchase from. Normally 1 vendor to compile majority if not all components on a BOM. We do the purchasing, chasing, checking, labeling, packing and consolidating of all components. Shipment comes complete from us. Accounts and purchasing departments would save time and money. (Kitting price for complete BOM rather than line by line pricing also available if suitable).
Flexibility
Orders can be pushed out or brought forward with 48hrs notice.(Based on purchased products already in store)
R&D / Prototyping / Samples
Small quantities or samples may be required for R&D and prototyping. We have various suppliers who can offer small quantities depending on type of component.
Target Pricing
With the strong relationships built with our suppliers over many years, we are able to negotiate pricing. If at any time our pricing is higher than expected, please let us know and we will discuss with suppliers to reduce price to meet your target. We will do all we can to get the price down for you.
Fast Quoting
We can quote RFQ's within 24hrs. 24-48hrs for BOM's. When an urgent answer is requested due to urgency of component required, we will contact all local supply chains and Asia partners to get quote to you the same day.
Quick Turnaround
Our strength is in the ability to deliver within 5-10 working days from receipt of order based on ex stock items with our vendors. We consolidate our freight on a weekly basis with overseas suppliers minimizing any additional freight cost. Quicker delivery also possible if required at additional charge due to freighting items individually.
Currency
We can transact in Australian Dollars (AUD) or US Dollars (USD).Invoicing and placing of orders can also be made in either of the above currencies.
Alternatives / Equivalents
We will advise if an alternative or equivalent part is identified when quoting RFQ's. This may offer the benefit of shorter delivery time or lower cost.
Scheduled orders / Blanket orders
Generally larger quantities equals better price. We can hold dedicated stocks by scheduling orders. We can tailor delivery to suit your production requirements. Most schedules can be stretched over 12 months.
Quality Policy
We have a strict internal quality procedure from quoting to dispatching. Our suppliers are screened and background checked via web based databases, past history, trade references and third party associates. Before we quote offered parts (If not from regular vendors or franchised suppliers), we request confirmation if parts are new, unused and original and confirm packaging to be original factory packed, datecodes, guarantee for fit, form and function, photographs if required and C.O.C if possible. We can also request one of our regular suppliers or overseas offices within the area to check and purchase on our behalf. This minimizes any risk of faulty parts being ordered and dispatched to you. If our quality criteria are not met, we will not purchase and will advise immediately of any issues.
Once shipment arrives, the parts are double checked. (Part numbers, brand, quantity and packaging) A second staff member will double check before shipment is made to you. If shipment received does not pass our quality procedure, you will be notified immediately and correct steps will be taken to rectify the situation. We work to the high standards as implemented and required by ce Group Worldwide.
Warranty / Guarantee
We always offer a 30 day guarantee for form, fit & function.Should a non-compliance occur, we will take relevant steps to rectify the situation where an engineers report may be required to present and support claims with vendor.
Replacements and refunds will be made should it be required. A warranty for the costs of replacements will be offered for a period of 6 months subject to engineers report stating issue resulting from parts supplied by us. (Details of purchase order numbers, date of purchase, quantity, batchcodes may be required)
Environmental
We can offer Leadfree (Pb Free) and ROHS compliant parts should you require. Pb Free and ROHS compliant components may not be available with certain manufactured brands due to newly implemented manufacturing requirements. Where this is the case, we will try to offer either an equivalent / alternative manufactured part complete with datasheet. Manufacturers certificate of compliance may also be available should it be required.
Cancellations
We can accept cancellations on open orders for short delivery within 48hrs from receipt of order. If after this time frame, a 20% restocking fee may apply as components may already be in transit. For scheduled orders, cancellations must be made within 14 days from receipt of order.
Excess inventory
We also have a network in place to sell your excess inventory whether it was purchased from us or elsewhere. There may be times where minimum order quantities (MOQ's) are involved and extra components may not be used. We can try to re-sell for you by advertising to our customers as well as uploading to our online partners worldwide. This will help recuperate your costs of extra components purchased.
Datasheets / Photographs
Should you require datasheets for R&D, prototyping requirements, equivalents or alternatives, we have the resource to provide this for you at no cost. Generally within a few hours.
Local Delivery
Delivery is Ex works Australia . FOB to destination can be discussed and negotiated based on dollar value of purchase.
(Pricing for international freight is dependent on weight and size)

We can offer you NET 30 days.
Customer Service
Our office is open from 8.30am to 6.00pm (Monday - Friday EST)
But there is normally staff working back until 8.30pm onwards. For urgent requirements, a 24hr mobile contact is available should it be required.
Certificate of Conformance (C.O.C)
C.O.C can be provided for all items purchased which is based from franchised distribution channels or when purchases are based direct from manufacturers. There may be times where hard to find / obsolete or discontinued products are required and are sourced from brokers or OEM excess stocks. If this is the case, it may be difficult to obtain a C.O.C. All steps will be taken to obtain C.O.C. If unsuccessful, you will be notified immediately. If required, an internal C.O.C can be provided stating that ce Australia Pty Ltd accepts that the parts supplied matches part number, manufacturer and quantity purchased with guarantee for form, fit and function. (Copy of internal C.O.C can be provided if required).
Confidentiality
ce Australia Pty Ltd will not disclose any information transacted between customers and ce Australia to other parties outside of the ce Group of Companies. Information given to ce Australia Pty Ltd by customers remains confidential.
